Concrete pavers and decorative "stamped" concrete make beautiful patios, walks, and drives.

Let us build your new paver patio, retaining wall, or stamped concrete project this season.

Both Interlocking Concrete Pavers and Decorative "stamped" Concrete are great paving materials and have benefits different qualities. Let's go over some of the pros and cons of these two materials:

1. Concrete generally requires less labor and can be produced at a faster rate than concrete pavers, but concrete pavers will ultimately last longer as a paving product and production costs are comparable.

2. Concrete produces a much cleaner looking paving surface, but will not provide as much traction as concrete pavers and is much more difficult to service during winter months. Snow plows may cause damage to stamped concrete surfaces that cannot be repaired with simple cleaning.

3. Repairs to concrete will require some demolition and/or cutting, whereas concrete pavers are easily replaced if damaged, leaving little or no damages.

4. Decorative "stamped" concrete offers many colors and a good contratcor can produce almost any color with this material, whereas concrete pavers are limited to colors in production.

5. Concrete pavers will generally support a heavier load due to the distribution of weight throughout the segments. Well-cured concrete has a load bearing of approx. 5000 psi and concrete pavers are specified at 8000 psi and above.

Minimum Compression Strength:
Pavers: 8000 lbs +
